Job Responsibilities
Marketing Planning & ExecutionExecute Marketing Plan for the local markets in collaboration with local sales & service directors according to Global & Regional MarCom Strategy.Deliver insightful KPI & data-driven reporting projects leveraging HubSpot and Salesforce.Support Marketing budget with plan and forecasts. Marketing ExecutionPlan and execute defined local Marketing Mix both on- & offline (60% Digital: Baidu PPC, WeChat Ads, LinkedIn Paid, Search Marketing, 3rd party ads, EDM, Tel Marketing and 40% Offline: Direct Marketing, Exhibition & Events, Marketing Literature and Customer Relations) based on CI/CD.Organize customer / industry events and exhibitions according to global standards and local requirement.Execute digital marketing campaigns for the region (Hubspot) incl. content creation (e.g. landing pages, posts, on- & offline assets).Create good and relevant local written contents & stories for local on- & offline media.Partner with local digital & offline media (3rd party, business & industry-specific media)Implement and ensure performance of paid digital advertising & search engines. Stakeholder Management, Sales & Service SupportProvide data driven insights to Regional Marcomm, senior stakeholders and provide regular updates & reporting against KPIs with action plans.Educate internal stakeholders and manage their needs and expectationsOwn & drive local network in the logistic industry.Follow up on leads until handover to Sales.Own Lead Management in CRM system (Salesforce). LeadershipWorking closing with peers within a in Matrix Organization of small-mid size teams.Steer, manage & advise internal Business Partner and act on eye level.Ability to contribute ideas, participate in project/initiatives and introduce change across multiple locations/functions and organizations.Requirements
Successful University degree in Marketing Management/adequate education and proven work experience as MarCom Specialist. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Teams). Minimum 10 years professional experience also in regional & international companies. Local specialist to steer, manage & advise internal Business Partner and act on eye level. Experience in Marketing Planning, Digital Marketing incl. Campaigning, Lead Management, Event Management, KPI Management & Reporting. Prefer good knowledge of the Chinese market, both through direct and indirect channel in the logistic industry. Energetic and driving marketing practitioner who feels comfortable with becoming part of a larger global/regional team as well someone who is pro-active, eager to learn and wants to make a difference. Effective communication and collaboration with good customer- & business orientation. Structured & self-organized way of working in high-performance teams. Ability to influence change across multiple locations/functions and organizations. Fluent in Spoken/Written English.Your profile
