Job description:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and implementing a year-round Marketing program that helps build up the Artefact brand, drive maximum exposure and recognition within the China Data and Digital Marketing space, and support in driving new business leads in collaboration with Commercial Team.

Responsibilities:

Marketing program strategic planning and implementationMarketing and promotions materials developmentIdentification of events, conferences, and other opportunities the company can participate in to drive brand exposure and business leadsStaying abreast on constantly changing digital marketing news, trends and technologies to ensure competitiveness of the company against its competitors.Article branded article/PR writing and distributionLiaise with agencies/suppliers to implement the Marketing program efficiently and effectivelyEstablish and maintain excellent relationships with strategic partners internally and externally

Requirements/Qualifications:

Background in Marketing or Community Relations;Minimum 5 years work experience in Marketing for leading multi-national company or 4A ad agency preferredOutgoing and approachable personalityEnjoys networking and relationship developmentFlexible and adaptable, able to balance and (re)prioritize multiple tasksAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent Microsoft Office software skillsGood English communication skills

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

At least 5 years of social marketing experience, with hands on experience in Wechat marketing campaigns and Wechat managementBe familiar with Wechat backendProven multi-channel marketing expertise – with a heavy emphasis on online and direct to consumer marketingSolid experience on Wechat SCRM (segmented post, membership programs) highly preferredProven experience developing value propositions for consumers – whether through product, marketing campaign or loyalty program developmentExperience in effective consumer communication including creative strategy and messagingStrong analytic skills , very good at insights findingStrong leadership, creativity & innovation, and priority-settingNegotiation and partner management skillsGood written and oral English and Mandarin communication skillsSelf-motivated, results-driven with excellent attention to detail
