Innovation Marketing Manager

The main missions of the role are to:
The Innovation Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing innovation marketing strategies and ensure continuous innovation and market leadership.
Deploy marketing strategies for automotive interior component products to ensure continuous innovation and market leadership. Develop and implement global marketing plans, including brand promotion, market positioning, and channel management, to enhance brand awareness and market share. Research, benchmark, and analyze automotive interior market trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide strategic guidance for product innovation. Identify and develop new market opportunities and partnerships to expand product applications and market share. Coordinate internal team resources, including design, R&D, production, and sales, to ensure smooth execution of innovation marketing activities and achievement of results. Comply with company’s ethics codes, management codes and conduct codes, etc. Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.-
