The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Finance to...

  • Focus on sales and margin planning for China Wholesale and China Travel business, through close partnership with channel leader, sales ops and merchandising teams.
  • Support line manager to build up quarterly/monthly sales forecast, annual operating plan and long-range plan.
  • Monitor Wholesale and China Travel Client POS trend, report on weekly basis to management team on key changes together with W.o.h calculations.
  • Validating pricing proposals from merchandising team for seasonal product buying, review order summary (sales/margin/DR/inventory status) and support financial approval process.
  • Work with Technology team to ensure data integrity, set up and enhance reporting process, especially with system migration.
  • Enhance sales models and forecast methodologies to streamline and accommodate flexibility in planning, analysis and changes in strategic/tactical direction; support other Retail Finance/sales planning functions as needed
  • Support leadership team on ad-hoc projects with various growth initiatives and task forces

 

The accomplished individual will possess...

 

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Economics
  • 6+ years of FP&A or Corporate Finance experience in multi-national companies
  • Big 4 experience will be a plus
  • Experience in retail industry with sales planning experience will be highly regarded
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial systems (Micro strategy, CORA, CS2000 etc)
  • Fluent in both English & Mandarin
