Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Manager to oversee all HSE operations within our dynamic organization. This role requires a proactive approach to ensuring safe work practices and maintaining the highest environmental standards across all company projects and facilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and enhance HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations and standards.
Conduct risk assessments and devise strategic measures to mitigate identified risks.
Oversee regular HSE audits, inspections, and training sessions to foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
Lead incident investigations and provide detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with management and engineering teams to integrate HSE considerations into project planning and execution.
Stay updated on emerging industry trends and legal requirements to continuously improve HSE practices.
Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
Certified in relevant HSE qualifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HSE leadership role, preferably within the renewable energy or manufacturing sectors.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to manage complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in both English and Mandarin.
