Duties & Responsibilities:
- Implement, maintain, and enhance the quality system in line with Company Quality Manual and related standards.
- Ensure compliance with Quality policy and procedures, including training, equipment calibration, and testing.
- Establish HSE procedures, conduct HSE training, and lead HSE network for policy implementation.
- Conduct internal audits, management reviews, KPI assessments, and continuous improvements for system efficiency.
- Identify root causes, propose corrective/preventive actions, and monitor their implementation.
- Track and report Quality and HSE performance, review internal audit effectiveness, and train staff on QHSE requirements.
- Assist in managing client feedback.
Skills & Requirements:
- University degree or higher, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience including 3 years in a management role.
- Familiarity with ISO17025, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO9001, and other national/international standards.
- Hold certifications in ISO 17025, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO9001.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal abilities.
- Organizational capabilities and proficiency in problem analysis, solving, and process improvement.
- Understanding of quality assurance concepts, processes, and systems.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, processes, lab equipment, and environmental requirements.
