Cyber Security Product Manager

Responsibilities:

  • In charge of overseeing the entire Industrial Cyber Security service development process and responsible for yearly service revenue
  • Ensure BV China Operations' compliance with product accreditation and related regulations, and contribute to international accreditations management
  • Aid in crafting the marketing and sales strategy for the respective product
  • Work hand in hand with business units and other functional teams for product marketing and business growth
  • Actively engage in sharing knowledge and information (Knowledge management)
  • Develop and enhance team competencies and relevant qualifications
  • Maintain consistent communication and information exchange with internal and external interfaces
  • Lead the team in executing product-related services such as training, audits, and assessments
  • Supervise team members for performance evaluations and daily tasks (for those overseeing direct reports)
  • Review and update relevant work procedures/SOPs for project implementation
  • Execute daily tasks in accordance with management systems requirements (including Quality, HSE, ISO17020), ensuring alignment with the management system's objectives

Requirements:

  • Degree in Communication, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or similar engineering fields
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Industrial Cyber Security, focusing on Product/Solution Development, Application, or similar roles
  • Proficient in Industrial cyber security standards and regulations, particularly IEC 62443
  • Preferably holds individual cyber security certifications such as IEC 62443, CSSLP, CISSP, CISP-ICSSE
  • Understanding of functional safety is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills and business acumen
  • High level of accountability and teamwork
  • Fluency in English and the local language
