YOUR MISSION
  • Threat Assessment and Management: Continuously monitor and evaluate the IT environment for potential security threats and vulnerabilities. Implement measures to prevent, detect, and respond to cyber incidents.
  • Policy Development and Enforcement: Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide IT security policies and procedures. Ensure these are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Incident Response: Lead the response to any IT security breaches, including investigation, reporting, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Employee Training: Conduct regular training sessions for employees on cybersecurity best practices and awareness.
  • Compliance and Auditing: Ensure all systems are in compliance with industry standards. Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of security measures for current systems and conduct Vendor Check processes for new systems.
  • Technology Management: Recommend and implement security enhancements and technologies to strengthen the company's IT infrastructure.
YOUR TALENT
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of various information security frameworks
  • Minimum 3 years experience in an IT security role with a solid understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization, and security
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable
  • Working knowledge of Experience with firewall management, incident management, and risk assessment. Excellent understanding of cybersecurity trends and hacking techniques
  • Good knowledge of good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to communicate effectively in Chinese and English (written & oral)
