Job Description

Job title: System Integration Tester

Your role:

·       Performs manual testing within the systems/agile/ development team throughout the whole development cycle ensuring built-in quality

·         Provides test expertise to define and drive hardware test strategies and initiatives at feature and system level

·         Reviews (functional and non-functional) requirements / stories / features for accuracy and testability

·         Consults within teams on test planning and participates, for example, across software and hardware teams, planning and demo activities

·         Conducts functional and performance, load and reliability testing

·         Documents test plans, protocols, and reports

·         Supports design changes for quality impact

You're the right fit if:

·         Minimum of 10+ years of experience in manual testing

·         Professional who is seen as a leader in the hardware testing within the organization.

·         Mentors other staff. Typically, focuses on one or more integrated systems and field testing.

·         Provides guidance and enables development in own team.

·         Should be able to creates master test plan.

·         Testing all aspects of the product/system like functional /component, system, performance, regression and service.

·         Work with feature teams to identify and capture test cases, ensure version management

·         Setting up of test environments, designing test plans, developing test cases/scenarios/usage cases, and executing these cases.

·         Providing feedback on usability and serviceability, trace the result to quality risk and report it to concerned people

·         Provides test expertise to define and drive software test strategies and initiatives at feature and system level

·         Reviews (functional and non-functional) requirements / stories / features for accuracy and testability

·         Consults within development or other teams on test planning and participates, for example, in development team testing, planning and demo activities
