Join us in the exciting role of Brand Marketing Manager at Galderma Your main mission will be to create and maximize value for our designated Brand in the professional channel. You'll achieve this by developing, planning, and implementing marketing strategies and promotional tactics that align with our Brand Strategy to boost sales growth and increase market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve targets within the allocated budget - Drive business growth by meeting sales targets for the assigned brand. Control marketing and promotional expenditure efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Develop and plan marketing strategies successfully for both consumer and professional channels. Create Brand Plans and Forecasts, including brand marketing strategies and sales projections.
- Develop product positioning and messaging for stakeholders. Gather market intelligence through relevant research programs.
- Implement marketing strategies optimally by designing and executing product marketing plans. Ensure plans are executed thoroughly to meet objectives.
- Coordinate Marketing activities and support the sales force effectively. Build partnerships with KOLs to enhance brand endorsement.
- Assess sales performance, identify variances, and implement proposals to enhance sales results. Support sales force training.
- Collaborate with other functions to ensure high-quality execution of promotion programs. Contribute to demand forecasts and commercial value appraisals for new products or business opportunities.
- Work with Medical Affairs and Regulatory function to provide evidence-based promotional support. Support the commercial team in expanding coverage.
Skills & Qualifications
- University degree in Medical Science, Pharmacy, or related major preferred.
- 8-10 years' experience in brand management in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- Solid experience in brand marketing strategy development and execution.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proactive, problem solver, and a team player with a passion for excellent work and customer orientation.
