5+ years of experience in the gaming industry with experience leading and coordinating live game development and operations Good understanding of players' preferences and behaviors, especially in card games and tabletop games Experienced in manufacturing, retailing and marketing of consumer products, with comprehensive knowledge of the business model Experienced management and relationship-building skills Experience building high-quality relationships and communications with players Experience scheduling and tracking development. 7+ years of experience in the gaming industry with experience coordinating live game development and operations Fluent in Chinese and English, and can promote collaboration across language and culture Experience managing diverse, remote, cross-cultural or cross-discipline teams / partners to achieve a common goal Experience as a designer or engineer or as an artistDon't forget to include a resume and cover letter.
