  • Work closely with legal and privacy departments to conduct risk evaluations and impact assessments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold compliance standards.
  • Partner with development and release teams to facilitate the creation and deployment of new features, ensuring adherence to app store requirements and third-party integration standards.
  • Oversee, organize, and monitor production and development timelines and workflows, proactively identifying risks, managing trade-offs, and removing obstacles.
  • Regularly evaluate the current state of the team and adapt planning tools, Agile methodologies, and communication methods to ensure effective and sustainable delivery.
  • Foster transparency and predictability through the use of roadmaps, cycle times, value stream maps, and release documentation.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Educational background in Computer Science or a related technical field, coupled with practical experience. A minimum of 7 years in roles such as Producer, Technical Program Manager, or Development Manager, specifically in mobile gaming or user-facing mobile products.
  • Experience with legal, privacy, and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) is essential, along with a solid understanding of privacy engineering principles.
  • Process-oriented mindset with a diverse toolkit for creative product discovery, process optimization, and value stream mapping.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies, advocating for best practices and successfully leading teams through various frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Product Management.
  • A results-driven leader capable of guiding teams through challenging situations to deliver maximum value; known for maintaining composure and confidence in high-pressure scenarios.
  • A supportive mentor focused on team growth and actionable feedback, with strong emotional intelligence to resolve conflicts effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous engineering experience.
  • Experience with privacy and compliance initiatives related to gaming features.
  • Background in operating live service games.
  • Experience collaborating with external development partners on feature co-development.
  • Ability to work with global teams across various time zones and languages.

Technical Operations and Live Services:

  • Facilitate triage processes and resolutions among various teams.
  • Drive the resolution of incidents and issues effectively.
  • Manage internal root cause analysis processes and resolutions.

Game Services Stability and Reliability:

  • Ensure the stability and reliability of game services.
  • Identify and address gaps in game alerting and monitoring capabilities.
  • Define and oversee reliability and stability metrics.

Privacy, Legal, and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with first-party app store regulations.
  • Manage compliance with third-party developer standards.
  • Guarantee that all new features adhere to legal and privacy regulations.
