RINA is looking for a Carbon Business Support Advisor to join their Shanghai, China office in the Certification International Growth Division.

Mission

A Business Support Advisor focused on managing administrative tasks plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth customer interactions and efficient business operations.

Key Accountabilities

  • Customer Data Management:
    - Create and maintain accurate customer records
    - Ensure up-to-date and complete customer information
    - Handle customer inquiries
  • Offer Management:
    - Collaborate with business development teams
    - Provide complete and accurate offer documents to customers
  • Contract and Customer Order Processing:
    - Manage and update contracts
    - Receive and process customer orders
    - Coordinate to fulfill orders on time
    - Update customers on order status
  • Invoicing:
    - Generate and issue invoices based on sales orders or agreements
    - Verify invoice details
    - Handle invoice-related inquiries
  • Payment Processing:
    - Monitor and track customer payments
    - Ensure accurate payment processing
  • Timesheet Management:
    - Remind staff to submit timesheets
    - Ensure policy compliance
  • Customer Communication:
    - Provide product and service information
    - Resolve customer issues
    - Send relevant updates
  • Problem Resolution:
    - Address customer concerns and disputes
    - Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Compliance and Documentation:
    - Maintain accurate records
    - Ensure compliance with company policies

Education

High School Diploma/GED in Business Administration Finance Management

Qualifications

Prior experience in business support or customer service is advantageous. Familiarity with RINA services is beneficial. Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM systems are often required.
