About the team

You will join a highly motivated team in the eCommerce Payment Gateway sector. Our goal is to 'WOW' our customers by offering dedicated Implementation support. This demands agility and creativity in a constantly evolving and diverse payments landscape.

What you will be doing

  • Possess expert knowledge of all relevant products and services.
  • In this customer-facing role, you'll support customers in integrating with our suite of payment services.
  • Ensure timely onboarding and implementation delivery, follow best practices in every onboarding, and provide accurate solutions to clients. Track every task/communication/pending issue to the end, manage stakeholders, and meet client expectations.
  • As a go-to expert, collaborate with customers and the Account Management team to understand the business and deliver appropriate solutions.
  • Assist customers and their technical team in integrating our products, setting up accounts, providing technical guidance, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
  • Define and manage project scope, ensuring completion and post-live monitoring. Keep stakeholders updated and identify risks early.
  • Utilize project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Plan and conduct customer demos and training on product functionality.
  • Stay informed about technical trends in payment processing and related areas like security, web technologies, and mobile technologies.
  • Perform other assigned duties as required.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in information technology or related field.
  • Over 5 years of development experience in software programming. Proficient in software lifecycle, system architecture, and various computer languages.
  • Fluent in English, with basic documentation and presentation skills. Capable of basic data analysis.
  • Able to manage project activities, identify delivery risks, and handle escalations.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting technical problems and driving resolutions.
  • Open to flexible working hours.
