角色职责:
- Drive and coordinate the development of connectivity infrastructure (including cloud backend, edge & gateway devices, and mobile/web applications), with internal & external partners in China, Japan, and other APAC countries.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Business Owners to grasp customer needs, product roadmap, and solution requirements, offering technical and security insights to facilitate the development, iteration, and operation of connectivity solutions.
- Work closely with regional, BU, and global project teams, as well as global competence owners (COE, Foundry) to lead technical evaluations and prepare for rolling out connectivity enabled business initiatives.
- Collaborate with hands-on development and design teams to support projects on AWS and other platforms. Monitor cloud platforms and related applications, review solutions and operation architecture, and conduct regular reviews with the global COE and Foundry team.
- Provide solutions to business needs, ensuring technical feasibility, reliability, and scalability of new solutions, ensuring compliance with Carrier requirements and industry standards.
- Act as a technical consultant for Carrier project teams, advising on solution architecture, security engineering, app development, and service operations excellence.
- Stay updated on industrial advancements in connectivity and IoT, driving continuous improvement and iteration of Carrier solutions and products.
- Facilitate discussions and cooperation between regional vendors and the global COE team, supervise troubleshooting and service restoration, monitor security measures, and lead incident analysis and remediation.
最低要求:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
- 10+ years of experience in the connectivity and IoT industry, with at least 3 years in a multinational organization and project environment.
- Strong knowledge and proven experience in IoT product development, deployment, and operations.
- Hands-on experience in cloud architecture and delivery of cloud-based solutions (e.g., AWS, Ali-Cloud, MS Azure), with front-end experience as a bonus.
- Comprehensive understanding and experience in implementing IoT-related security processes and familiarity with cybersecurity requirements.
- Extensive experience in connectivity solutions within smart home, property management (B2B and B2C) applications.
- Effective leadership skills to motivate teams and achieve project objectives.
- Demonstrated track record in leading project delivery and solving technical problems.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and address risks and issues.
- Proficiency in collaborating within virtual teams and communicating fluently in spoken and written English is ESSENTIAL.
