Responsibility Level:

The position is responsible for China aftermarket product definition and associated services through market dynamic, voice of customer and product lifecycle management, deeply involved business case study, launch execution, product portfolio optimization, product marketing materials output, which deliver right product to market on time, boost business volume and profit growth.

Typical Duties:

Analysis – Lead aftermarket product portfolio analysis through market dynamic, technology trend, market intelligence, competitor study, voice of customer, develop product plans to address overlaps / gaps / opportunities and ensure alignment to Clarios product strategy. Maintain and publish a concise list of all active parts and portfolio roadmaps. Portfolio management – Manage aftermarket portfolio of multiple brands, conduct change management based on customer requirements and business alignments. Build product pool to standardize product offering, balancing customer rich product line and Clarios manufacturing complexity, lead product lifecycle management process through portfolio performance analysis and commercial team inputs. Product l aunch commercialization – Define new product specific requirement, coordinate cross-function teams focusing on delivering qualified product to market customer on time, lead project management according to D3 process, including business alignment, product development, process validation, launch execution and product launch communication. Product communication – Develop Clarios product value proposition and competitive differentiation to build marketing materials, partner with KA sales to support product communication to win business opportunity.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related curriculum. Minimum of 5+ years in portfolio management, product management, product development, sales or marketing. Excellent communication, presentation. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills cross-functionally. Demonstrated track record of strong leadership with ability to achieve results through others and successfully lead major project teams. Should be able to work effectively with cross functional groups and participate in problem solving process. Should be highly self-motivated with strong initiative to learn. Good written and verbal communication skills required. Equivalent experience may substitute for requirements. Ability to fluently communicate in both English and Mandarin Chinese
