Objective:

This position is in our Global Data Office team in Shanghai, reporting to Regional Data Officer. Global Data Office is responsible for data platform, data governance and AI solutions.

Main Tasks:

  • Assist in Database usage, connection and authorization.
  • Organize meeting, record user requirement, meeting minutes and follow up action items
  • Support documentation, make PPT and other user training documents. Handle simple data processing.
  • Other tasks assigned by Regional Data Officer

Requirements:

  • Work 3+ days/week, last at least 4 months.

Familiar with Microsoft tools:
Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

  • Interest in database management, data processing, SQL is a plus
  • Hands-on attitude, willing to learn and take challenge.
  • Excellent English listen and written skills.
