Payroll Officer (Japanese speaking)
About the role
We are seeking experienced Payroll Officers proficient in Japanese to optimize Payroll Services. Responsibilities include working closely with teams, liaising with departments, partners, and vendors for payroll activities.
Your key responsibilities
- Process payroll data accurately and timely.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams for smooth operations.
- Provide reports and support, update payroll guidelines.
- Participate in audits and suggest improvements.
- Advise management on issues and resolutions.
What you need to succeed
- Experience in regional payroll operations, preferably in MNCs.
- Familiarity with SAP payroll module and laws.
- Hands-on experience in compensation and benefits.
- Strong data analysis and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Japanese (JLPT N2 at least).
