:

General Responsibilities:

Responsible for directing and supervising China financial and controls for Belkin SH and SZ branch.

Responsible for managing the preparation and interpretation of financial data for the use of management, creditors, and taxing authorities.

Also responsible for directing and supervising PRC GAAP accounting, legal, tax regulations compliance which include financial statement preparation and analyses, other payables, accounts receivable, credit, payroll, local benefits, fixed assets and application of cash receipts. Responsible for accounting systems, maintenance of internal controls and accounting policies and procedures.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for monthly P&A accrual, P&A claims. Get involved in China quarterly plan meeting.

Responsible for P&A entries in system.

Review the P&A claim calculation and supporting.

Responsible for new customer and new vendor review. Setup the new customer in customer system. Due Diligence review on new Vendor setup.Responsible for payment approval. Review supporting for payment voucher and perform payment approval in Oracle.Responsible for P&L analysis. Prepare Monthly internal report to perform P&L fluctuation analysis versus budget and last month.Responsible for cash forecast. Review weekly cash forecast prepared by accountant.Responsible for balance sheet reconciliation. Review balance sheet reconciliation prepared by accountant.Responsible for Month end closing of Shanghai and Shenzhen's books. Responsible for GL journal review.Responsible for Sub-ledger supervision. Responsible for overall control of AR, AP FA, costing sub-ledger of SH entity and SZ branch.Prepare for quarterly/yearly tax provision package to Global Tax team. Responsible for Monthly VAT, other tax and financial statement declaration reviewing.Review of monthly inventory reconciliation prepared by Logistics team. Coordinate on yearly Stocktake.Responsible for monthly US submission package, Segmentation files, yearly FS footnotes disclosure.Responsible for providing Statement of Values and coordinate on Insurance renewal for China territory.Reponsible for new entity setup and entity closure as required.Monitor SH office administration related affairs.

Required Experience:

Minimum of 8-9 years experience in finance roleCollege degree required, MBA preferredCertified Public Accountant (AICPA) or equivalentExperience with organization/s requiring a multi-tasking, multi-disciplined finance leaderStrong experience and understanding of U.S. GAAP requirements and working with auditors.Strong knowledge or PRC GAAP and PRC Tax rulesExperience working with legal firms in establishing branch offices, wholly owned subsidiaries and other legal entities.Preferable experience working with a MNC requiring strong communication back to parent company or regional headquarter.
