Lead efforts to actively manage account relationships and execute overall division and commercial strategies:

  • Develop and maintain multi-level and multi-function customer relations
  • Organize/manage regional and corporate reviews of accounts
  • Communicate strategy and activities effectively to customers
  • Develop actionable and measurable satisfaction improvement plans

Develop detailed account/sales plans for each assigned customer/fab:
  • Develop account strategy and analysis
  • Achieve account sales objectives
  • Identify opportunities and risks
  • Manage complexity at assigned accounts
  • Support senior account manager in all aspects of sales operations
  • Understand customer requirements and prioritize opportunities
  • Execute the account plan aligned with product plan
  • Provide accurate forecasts and plans to relevant teams
  • Ensure satisfactory payment and shipment performance
  • Collect and synthesize customer and market intelligence information

Support AE to expand Corning's product offering:
  • Understand customer's current and future product demands
  • Deliver value propositions and provide feedback to PLM
  • Coordinate technology exchanges and plan product migration
  • Communicate roadmaps and manufacturing plans to the customer

Resolve customer issues and facilitate responsiveness:
  • Respond to customer complaints promptly
  • Organize and lead internal resources for issue resolution
  • Continually seek ways to increase customer satisfaction


Education & Experience
Undergraduate degree or above, preferably in IT, Engineering, Material Science, or Business; technical degree preferred; MBA a plus.
5-8 years of sales or customer management experience in IT, Semiconductor, Hi-tech, or LCD industry desired.
Managed significant sales responsibilities.
Experience working in an international company preferred.
