We are in search of a skilled professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

  • Establish new private banking relationships and nurture existing ones to increase Assets Under Management and Revenue
  • Regularly review clients' portfolios to pinpoint additional business prospects and opportunities for revenue growth
  • Collaborate with various HSBC departments to explore cross-selling chances and introduce all relevant HSBC products and services to our clients
  • Utilize HSBC's network, channels, and brand to engage in business expansion activities with an emphasis on International Private Wealth clients
  • Ensure rigorous compliance with HSBC's internal control standards, covering risk areas, regulatory compliance, and financial crime compliance
  • Promptly address internal and external audit points and any concerns raised by external regulators
  • Minimize operational losses
  • Agree to abide by the laws and regulations related to insurance agency sales, refraining from soliciting any insurance policyholder to surrender policies that could jeopardize their interests upon leaving the company or the termination of the agency business

Requirements to excel in this role:

  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in relationship management, preferably in private banking, commercial banking, or investment banking
  • Demonstrated success in asset accumulation, growth, and revenue generation
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation capabilities
  • Strong emphasis on client care and service delivery
  • Thorough grasp of financial markets and wealth management products
  • Keen attention to detail and a knack for innovative problem-solving
