Sr Facilities Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Site Services Helpdesk tickets related to HVAC, security, technical, etc.
  • Organize office layout; manage office supplies and equipment purchasing, raise purchase orders, submit payment requests, and ensure compliance with company's policies and processes.
  • Oversee new hire access requests, including site services related induction and cubicle readiness.
  • Manage office supplies, facilities, and equipment to support daily operations and business needs.
  • Review and negotiate vendor contracts, ensuring timely renewals.
  • Liaise with office vendors and service providers.
  • Supervise facilities staff and external contractors.
  • Coordinate with the global security team for various tasks.
  • Collaborate with finance and audit teams to meet audit requirements.
  • Prepare and manage annual operating and capital expenditure budgets.
  • Monitor utilities consumption to reduce costs.
  • Generate and maintain various reports related to facilities operations.
  • Work with the global EHS team for health and safety initiatives.
  • Coordinate Fire Drill/First Aid and CPR training.
  • Lead and manage local projects.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in facility management, engineering, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, preferably in laboratory management.
  • Familiar with technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices.
  • Understanding of basic accounting and finance principles.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and excellent team player.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of CADD is an advantage.
