The Finance team at Nike plays a vital role in driving value for our shareholders by managing accounting and reporting for our global investment portfolio, among other financial activities. Our Finance employees do more than crunch numbers; they strategize, forecast, audit, and make critical business decisions across various geographies and sectors.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are searching for a Director, Financial Governance and Control (FG+C) to join our Greater China team in Shanghai, at NIKE Greater China Headquarters. This individual should bring extensive experience and a passion for internal control over financial reporting (ICFR) to help Nike manage financial reporting risk and comply with regulatory requirements.

What Will You Work On?
  • Manage Greater China's ICFR program for consistency and application
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on risk assessment processes
  • Maintain understanding of business processes and technology systems
  • Provide guidance on remediation plans for control deficiencies
  • Support audit projects and risk management initiatives
  • Evaluate new business processes for impact on ICFR
  • Coach and evaluate team members on an ongoing basis
  • Maintain industry expertise and technical knowledge
Who Will You Work With?

This role will report to the Senior Director, GC Controller and collaborate with various internal and external teams in Controlling, Finance, Technology, and Compliance to drive ICFR transformation.

What You Bring to NIKE

The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of business experience, including expertise in internal control concepts, auditing, leadership, and accounting operations. Key qualifications include strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and relevant certifications in accounting or finance.
