Overview

  • Develops and oversees the execution of account plans for multiple accounts to drive high volume sales for Microsoft and customers, aligned with goals and budgets.
  • Understands customer digital transformation drivers and engages internal teams to accelerate transformation and strategy.
  • Establishes strong alignment with customers on long-term goals and drives product solutions based on customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Required/Minimum Qualifications
  • 7+ years experience in industry or Bachelor's/Master's Degree with 4-5+ years experience in relevant fields.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree with 6-8+ years experience or 5+ years in account management.

  • Builds relationships with customers using sales strategies to drive business outcomes and create value.
  • Develops a deep understanding of customer needs, presents solutions, and advocates for customers internally.
  • Supports business transformation through technology, influences customer decisions, and mitigates risks proactively.

  • Leads account planning and execution, coordinates with internal and external teams, and drives new business opportunities.
  • Strategically plans for account growth, engages decision makers, and manages sales goals and priorities.
  • Expands network of partners and decision makers to grow sales and drive technology transformation strategies.
  • Sales Excellence
  • Solicits customer feedback, anticipates issues, and builds trust with customers.
  • Positions as a thought leader to executive decision makers, articulates value proposition, and develops tailored solutions for customers.
  • Creates compelling presentations and business plans, maximizes upselling opportunities, and drives new business growth.
  • Industry Knowledge
  • Demonstrates deep industry knowledge, market dynamics, and competitive landscape, positioning Microsoft solutions for business transformation.
