  • The Markets & Applications Management role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to lead the strategic oversight of a diverse product portfolio.

  • Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify growth opportunities in specific regional segments. Provide actionable insights to drive strategic initiatives across regions.
  • Develop deep regional market knowledge and conduct benchmarking. Act as a crucial link between local markets and global strategy, integrating essential customer feedback and needs.
  • Evaluate regional market potentials and analyze business cases for local initiatives, focusing on high-impact applications.
  • Create industry-specific content for Marketing programs to support local market activation and customer engagement, emphasizing key applications and scaling processes.
  • Participate actively in regional sales and marketing meetings, offering crucial business insights to refine sales strategies and market focus.
  • Define ambitious regional strategies aligned with market and application plans. Drive execution to effectively achieve set objectives.
  • Manage product lifecycle efficiently, including New Product Introductions (NPI), regional extensions, and rationalization. Lead end-to-end coordination of regional product launches for optimal market timing.
  • Define portfolio segmentation and enhance the Golden Range to meet regional needs, in line with market and application strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management to ensure category profitability and commercial success within the region.

YOUR SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Marketing/Market Strategy.
  • Preferred total experience: 10+ years.
  • Preferred experience in Market Strategy/Business Development/Sales/Application Engineering: 5+ years.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical abilities to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated track record in developing and executing successful market penetration strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of industry trends. Experience in Electric Vehicles or Medical industry is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle and project management methods.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving business goals.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Adobe, and Power BI (a plus).
  • Fluency in English is required and Chinese is a bonus.
