Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Project Financial Analyst to join our team in Macau, Shanghai, or Hong Kong. Reporting to a Project Financial Manager, this role plays a crucial part in overseeing the financial performance of thousands of projects annually. The focus is on providing business advisory, ensuring transactional excellence, and maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project administration, from contract review to project closeout
  • Take ownership of project financial metrics and performance analysis
  • Lead Month-End Close process and annual audit activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial support
  • Drive process improvement and implementation of solutions

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English, Chinese, and Mandarin
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project financial management
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with revenue recognition principles and project financial performance
  • Travel to domestic offices may be required
  • Experience with Deltek Costpoint preferred
