Mechanical R&D Engineer

The mechanical design of power modules ( DCB layout, chip placement, routing and bonding) according to customer specification and production design rules Evaluating the product manufacturability, in cooperation with process engineers in the production line Generating the necessary technical documentation for internal approvals Acting as central contact point for technical drawings within the R&D customization team You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Bachelor/Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar fields Previous R&D work experience in the area of mechanical design / layouting of electrical components Direct experience with power modules design is a plus Proficient in CAD-Software like Autodesk Inventor and Autodesk Autocad Proficient in Chinese and English language both in written and spoken. Capable to communicate openly, clearly, and coherently. Structured way of working with attention to details and engineering mindset Think and act in a cooperative way and strengthen the team spirit. Working experience with distributed international teams would be a plus.
