As a R&D Mechanical Engineer for Motion Business Area in Shanghai, China, you will be responsible for mechanical structure design in global product development.

Your responsibilities
  • Being responsible for global and local product maintenance
  • Arranging and coordinating mechanical test internal or external
  • Preparing detail relevant technical documentation, user manual etc.
  • Working with Manufacturing and Quality to achieve quality, reliability and manufacturability targets.
  • Working with SCM and SQE team to improve the quality of mechanical parts
  • Cooperating with the global team members for necessary technical issue and meeting
Your background
  • Bachelor or above degree required
  • Familiar with mechanical design. Motor or related industry is preferred
  • Good 3D design drawing skills, UG is preferred
  • Good computer skills in Windows, Microsoft Office, email communication, etc.
  • Able to work actively and effectively, self-starter and hardworking
  • Teamwork spirit
  • Good level of written & reading skills in English
  • Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills in English & Chinese
