The Position: We are looking for a dedicated Local Project Manager (PM) specialized in ADAS and AV deployment, ready to contribute to our mission amidst the automotive evolution. This role is ideal for someone who excels in challenging situations, shows strong dedication to completing tasks, and has a deep background in the automotive sector, particularly in ADAS and self-driving technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the intermediary among Mobileye HQ, OEMs, and Tier 1 suppliers, ensuring transparent communication and coordination.
  • Supervise the project lifecycle from inception to SOP, overseeing progress and fostering collaboration across teams for on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Enhance communication among stakeholders, providing strategic solutions and risk management strategies for project obstacles.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in creating and implementing advanced driving systems, focusing on product innovation and excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong customer partnerships by comprehending and meeting their needs while ensuring continual involvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; a postgraduate degree is a bonus.
  • More than 5 years of managerial experience in the automotive industry, particularly in ADAS and AV projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in team leadership, stakeholder management, and client interaction.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, strategic planning, and analytical reasoning.
  • Practical experience with project management methodologies and system architecture processes.
  • Availability for national travel and flexible work hours.
  • Essential fluency in English and Chinese, encompassing both verbal and written communication skills.
