We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior UI/UX Designer to lead our design efforts in the dynamic fintech industry. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping exceptional user experiences, creating intuitive interfaces, and ensuring our digital products meet the highest standards. Your work will directly impact our clients' financial interactions and contribute to our competitive edge.

Requirements

Responsibilities

· Lead User Research and Testing:

o Conduct in-depth user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors.

o Leverage insights to prioritize and validate design decisions.

· Conceptualization and Brainstorming:

o Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define the vision, strategy, and goals of our groundbreaking products.

o Brainstorm and develop innovative design ideas that enhance user engagement.

· User Interface Design:

o Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.

o Design intuitive, engaging user interfaces optimized for target devices.

· Trust Building and Security:

o Understand that users entrust financial apps with control over their finances. Prioritize building trust through design.

o Ensure products follow inclusion and accessibility principles.

· Collaboration and Leadership:

o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, product managers, engineers, and developers.

o Lead design discussions, mentor junior designers, and drive design excellence.

Requirements and Skills

· Technical Expertise:

o Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role in financial or FinTech industry.

o Portfolio of design projects showcasing wireframing, prototyping, and interactive design skills.

o Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, InVision Studio, and

· User-Centric Mindset:

o Understand user behavior and balance user-friendliness with necessary friction.

o Prioritize security and reliability in financial interactions.

· Communication and Leadership:

o Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

o Ability to inspire and guide others toward design excellence.

· Education and Experience:

o Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
