The Regulatory Affairs and Quality Specialist will report to the Senior Manager, Regulatory, Compliance & Consumer Experience, focusing on post-sales activities and ensuring products meet established standards. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining compliance, meeting customer expectations, and documenting product assessments, including Post-Market Surveillance and Corrective Action and Preventive Action.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct product training sessions for the China Distributor
- Ensure Material Compliance for H&O
- Prepare Quality Reports by collecting and presenting data effectively
- Support after-sales service for distributor inquiries
- Perform on-site checks for defective samples
- Verify product compliance with quality and legal standards
- Manage Quality Issues and post-market surveillance with local health authorities
- Oversee China After-Sales Center operations to meet local regulations
- Lead Quality improvement initiatives with the Quality Team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in fields related to Product Quality, Chemical Testing, or Customer Relations
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
- Familiarity with ISO9000/ISO13485/QC080000/OHSAS18000/SA8000 systems
- Knowledge of Chemical Testing and process control
- Understanding of China regulations and Industrial Standards, such as GB
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Proficiency in English (Verbal/Written)
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- Well-organized with excellent problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
