Experience and Skills Required:

  • Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in manufacturing
  • Experience in high-volume manufacturing, preferably automotive industry
  • Knowledge of Powder Metallurgy, CNC machines, precision components, and lean manufacturing
  • Experience in Industrial 4.0, process automation, and quality tools
  • Strong planning, communication, and adaptability skills
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin, Cantonese is a plus
