Job Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation for BV inspections, including Inspection protocols, methods, training materials, product and service taxonomies, and workload matrices.
  • Supporting global client solutions to enhance quality management and improvement across supply chains.
  • Assisting in the development of new services.
  • Providing advisory support for supply chain improvement projects.
  • Reviewing and maintaining technical documents for key clients, ensuring they meet inspection requirements.
  • Facilitating technical communication and consultations with strategic clients.
  • Delivering technical training and assessments for internal staff and clients.
  • Offering technical support to various internal teams, including inspection operations and client management.
  • Driving improvements in technical digitalization, including client solutions and governance.

Key Responsibilities:
As part of your role, you will:

  • Gather industry standards, laws, and regulations related to consumer products.
  • Draft and maintain essential technical documents such as SOPs, work instructions, inspection protocols, and training materials.
  • Support the development of global client solutions for quality management.
  • Manage strategic client communications and technical consultations.
  • Review and prepare technical documents in response to client requirements.
  • Provide training and assessments for internal staff and clients.
  • Oversee inspector training and qualification systems.
  • Respond to technical inquiries from internal teams and clients.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in technical governance.

Qualifications:
Applicants should have:

  • A college degree or higher in engineering or science.
  • Good knowledge of inspection and testing for HL and E&E products.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in testing, inspection, or quality management.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, suitable for a professional environment.
  • Essential computer skills.
  • Experience in supply chain quality management or manufacturing quality management.

Preferred Qualifications:
While not mandatory, the following are advantageous:

  • Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Experience with Lean manufacturing principles.
  • Familiarity with IATF16949 standards and related processes.
  • Experience in digitalization improvement projects.
