Job Summary

As a key member of the QIMA team, the Sales Retention Coordinator will play a vital role in maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and driving repeat business. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team and contribute to the company's continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of any issues or concerns.
  • Proactively contact clients to discuss audit, inspection, and lab testing requirements, providing expert guidance and support throughout the process.
  • Process and manage client orders, including quotation, system entry, and follow-up, to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Assist clients in navigating QIMA's online platform, providing clear instructions and support to ensure a smooth user experience.
  • Monitor and follow up on past due invoices, working closely with clients to resolve payment issues and maintain a positive relationship.
  • Collaborate with the Client Service Manager/Senior Client Service Manager to address specific client matters and ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the 3rd party inspection industry or related field.
  • Excellent command of English language.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of or experience in the 3rd party inspection industry, including lab testing and related services.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
