Key Responsibilities


• Identify and engage potential clients by offering suitable retail banking and wealth management solutions tailored to their needs.

• Manage and pursue potential sales leads to uncover referral opportunities.

• Collaborate with Segment Specialists to coordinate marketing initiatives, client events, and channel activities to discover new business prospects.

• Work alongside PBM / PBO / ARO Teams to effectively deliver HSBC's wealth management solutions and banking services to targeted clients, ensuring the retention of the customer base they introduce to the bank.

• Uphold the Group's internal control standards, ensuring timely execution of internal and external audit recommendations alongside any concerns raised by external regulators.

• Ensure all compliance and risk management protocols are adhered to in order to minimize operational risk exposures.

• Respond to client inquiries regarding our RBWM products and services promptly and appropriately.

• Promote awareness of high service quality standards and professional practices.

Requirements


• 2-3 years of experience in sales or marketing.

• Familiarity with retail banking services and a solid understanding of local clientele.

• Strong business development acumen and a customer-focused mindset, with an outgoing and proactive personality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to perform under pressure.

• Basic proficiency in reading and writing English, along with general knowledge of PC application software.
