Key Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and monitor a portfolio of Global Banking clients by extending appropriate banking facilities, including cross-selling of corporate and retail products, to maximize the Bank's profitability and business growth.

Build and monitor a strong clientele to solicit deposits and support loan growth.

Implement effective business strategies to develop mainland business opportunities on both assets and liabilities sides in the GB segment.

Carry out the role of NRM/RRM for clients based in PRC.

Assist the Head of GB, South to manage and monitor progress of various business and management initiatives to ensure they are achieved as planned.

Requirements

Familiar with corporate banking business.

Ability to build strong and lasting relationships with GB customers and identify business potentials.

Understanding of regulatory and Group requirements.

Skilled ability of analysis and problem-solving.

A minimum of 4 years related experience.

Good communication skills, self-motivated, and ability to work independently and withstand pressure.

Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with good knowledge of PC application software.
