About the Role

The Client Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of client accounts and ensuring that all strategy is executed on time and to budget. This includes managing client interactions, tracking click credits, and overseeing budget pacing.

Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and communicate regularly via calls, email, and in-person meetings
  • Oversee budget pacing and management, click credits tracking, and launching campaigns
  • Prepare reports and analyze data and insights
  • Support the Strategic Account Director or Executive with strategic client needs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other key stakeholders within Channel Bakers
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of Marketing or Advertising account management experience in a fast-moving, client-facing environment
  • Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, Business, or Communications preferred
  • Experience with Amazon Advertising and Demand Side Platform (DSP) is a bonus
Working Conditions
  • This role operates in an office environment with a moderate noise level
  • Frequent use of computer monitor screens and standard office equipment
