Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Client Relationship Manager or Account Strategy Coordinator to join our Advertising team in Shenzhen, China. This role will play a crucial part in driving client success and contributing to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Communication: Regularly interact with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to update them on campaign progress and discuss campaign actions and activities.
- Budget Management: Oversee budget pacing and management, click credits tracking, launching campaigns, optimizing rulesets, and all DSP activity.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports and analyze data and insights to optimize client campaigns.
- Brand Research: Conduct brand and product research to support client needs.
- Team Support: Collaborate with the Strategic Account Director or Executive to address strategic client needs and assist Advertising Specialists in completing tasks accurately and on time.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Finance, Engineering, Creative, and People & Culture, to ensure seamless communication and effective collaboration.
- Marketing/Advertising Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in marketing or advertising account management in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Education: Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, Business, or Communications preferred.
- DSP Experience: Experience with Amazon Advertising and exposure to Demand Side Platform (DSP) is a plus.
- Teamwork and Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and qualitative skills, with proficiency in using standard office software (MS Office, etc.). Intermediate or advanced Excel skills are advantageous.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build new relationships and strengthen existing ones.
