Senior Client Partner, Torso Business Development

Snap Inc. is a technology company that believes the camera presents the greatest opportunity to improve the way people live and communicate. We're looking for a Senior Client Partner to join our team in China to grow advertising revenue in assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strengthen senior-level relationships with advertisers to drive revenue, education, and satisfaction.
  • Set strategy, forecast, and deliver impact across a portfolio of ecommerce market leaders.
  • Serve as a product advocate for Snap's new and existing products, advising on best practices and campaign optimizations.
  • Dive deep into campaign performance data, guiding KPI-driven measurement strategies and identifying performance trends.
  • Communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders, synthesizing Snapchat data and adjusting plans accordingly.
  • Assist day-to-day operational support for advertisers, including managing ad rejection escalations and generating post-campaign reports.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve client or partner issues, working with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
  • 7-10 years in media sales, media buying, partner management, management consulting, digital advertising, or equivalent digital marketing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of the advertising landscape.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin.
