Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to acquire new clients and achieve revenue growth.
  • Manage existing client relationships to optimize returns and cross-sell Bank products and services.
  • Deliver high-quality underwriting recommendations and ensure accurate facility administration and legal documentation.
  • Meet risk KPIs through effective risk assessment and management.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to target key clients and negotiate new deals.
  • Evaluate and assess new and existing client relationships, monitoring risk and conducting regular reviews.
  • Maximize returns from client relationships through cross-selling and promoting Bank products and services.
  • Ensure timely and accurate facility documentation and administration, adhering to laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years' experience in industry and client relationship management.
  • Strong market intelligence and risk assessment skills.
  • Familiarity with China policies and regulations.
  • Experience in cross-selling investment banking products.

  • Sharp business and customer focus, with strong people management skills.
  • Credit risk assessment and industry knowledge.
  • Strong credit and risk skills, with ability to manage relationships with business partners.
