Key Account Management Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at TÜV Rheinland. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective Key Account plans to drive business growth and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including senior-level decision makers and influencers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, including sales and service opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement solutions to meet customer needs
- Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with customers to understand their needs and link them to TÜV Rheinland's product/service strategies
Requirements
- 5-10 years of professional experience in Key Account Management or a related field
- Fluent in English (B2 Upper intermediate), with additional languages a plus
- Strong consultative and solution-selling skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals
- Hands-on mentality, with excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Experience working in intercultural teams a plus
