Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to become an integral part of our team. This role will involve collaboration with various internal teams and external partners to drive advertising revenue growth. You will be responsible for strategically aligning Snap's offerings with client requirements, overseeing campaign launches, and addressing any challenges that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver account enhancement strategies to key advertising clients.
  • Act as a champion for Snap's product suite, providing insights on best practices and tailored campaign adjustments.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics: Develop KPI-focused measurement approaches, identify trends, and suggest optimizations for improved outcomes.
  • Offer daily operational support to partners, including managing ad rejection issues, creating audience engagement segments, and generating post-campaign analytics.
  • Collaborate with Snap's leadership to design initiatives that streamline sales processes and elevate advertiser understanding of our platform.
  • Identify and resolve client or partner challenges, coordinating with cross-functional teams as necessary.
  • Oversee internal procedures related to Creative Service Agreements and communicate policies effectively across teams.
  • Ensure accurate data management within our CRM system.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Over 5 years of experience in the digital media sector, focusing on performance and brand marketing, ad technology, or programmatic advertising.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and Slides, with experience in data analysis and actionable insights delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the digital marketing landscape in China, particularly in the export online market.
  • Experience in the export retail and gaming sectors.
  • Understanding of advertising performance metrics and the associated ecosystem.
  • Experience in educating clients about media management in a competitive advertising environment.
  • Ability to distill insights and best practices for sharing with partners and clients.
  • Experience in managing strategic advertiser relationships.
  • Capability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Background in collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
