About the Role
Amazon (Shanghai) International Trading Co., Ltd. [Shenzhen Branch] is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Global Selling team in China. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon's 18 overseas stores and supporting their success and growth on the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Account Managers to work with in-service sellers to grow their selections on Amazon and their business with profit and delight our WW end consumers.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency.
- Hire and develop a talent team of Account Managers.
- Collaborate with Seller recruitment team, product team, and destination marketplace team to manage enrolled Sellers' end-to-end journey on Amazon.
- Contribute to Amazon paid service program roadmap planning and business strategy design.
- Manage all aspects of the client relationship for highest standard of seller experience.
Requirements
- 8+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles with a focus on data analysis experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
- 2+ years of mentoring, leading, and coaching experience.
