Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately ¥800,000 - ¥1,200,000, including comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Job Description

We're looking for a Strategic Growth Manager to recruit top brands and manufacturers for Amazon NA/EU/JP, helping them grow on the platform. Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively identifying potential business development opportunities for top brand/manufacturer target recruitment
  • Drilling down Guangdong industry clusters and recruiting/developing manufacturers and key sellers for Hardline products, such as Furniture, Smart Home, CE, etc.
  • Helping sellers solve issues and mitigating blockers for both launch and post-launch
  • Exploring category growth opportunities and becoming a category expert
  • Owning internal domain/project and driving success on team and bigger scope

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of sales or marketing work (e.g., e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience
  • Key account management experience
  • Good self-learning and interpersonal communication capability
  • Good data analysis skills
  • Willingsness to travel
