Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately ¥800,000 - ¥1,200,000, including comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
Job Description
We're looking for a Strategic Growth Manager to recruit top brands and manufacturers for Amazon NA/EU/JP, helping them grow on the platform. Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively identifying potential business development opportunities for top brand/manufacturer target recruitment
- Drilling down Guangdong industry clusters and recruiting/developing manufacturers and key sellers for Hardline products, such as Furniture, Smart Home, CE, etc.
- Helping sellers solve issues and mitigating blockers for both launch and post-launch
- Exploring category growth opportunities and becoming a category expert
- Owning internal domain/project and driving success on team and bigger scope
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of sales or marketing work (e.g., e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience
- Key account management experience
- Good self-learning and interpersonal communication capability
- Good data analysis skills
- Willingsness to travel
About the Team
The OB team is the Strategic Seller Recruitment team under NSR, focusing on recruiting CN top/emerging brands and high-quality manufacturers to help them succeed on Amazon (NA/EU/JP).
