Strategic Account Manager for Global E-commerce Growth

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for driving business growth and customer satisfaction? Do you have a proven track record of managing relationships and delivering results in the retail and consultancy industries?

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Amazon (Shanghai) International Trading Co., Ltd. [Shenzhen Branch]. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with our Selling Partners to monitor and drive business performance, providing 1:1 consultancy to explore business opportunities and generate strategic solutions to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have:
Leadership Qualities:
- Become a thought leader in defining success criteria and understanding business needs of large sellers in an ever-changing business environment.
- Manage all aspects of the client relationship for highest standard of seller experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Strategic Account Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Conducting deep dive analysis on key factors affecting Seller business performance and diagnosing root cause of performance issues to provide actionable plans (operational improvements, product development, process improvement).
2. Identifying key business opportunities through Voice of Seller and data analysis and managing towards a growth plan.
3. Implementing account management best practices and SOPs into the business development framework.
4. Driving Seller growth and Seller success on Amazon through selection growth, conversion enhancement, ads optimization, and feature adoption etc.
5. Generating category insight and working with PM team to further scale category growth.
6. Collaborating with PM/Central Ops team to drive product/feature/service content innovations to further improve SP business and SP satisfaction.

About the Role

Our company offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer excellent benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
