About the Role
The Amazon (Shanghai) International Trading Co., Ltd. [Shenzhen Branch] is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team.
Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to manage key client relationships, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences on Amazon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of key factors affecting seller performance, diagnose root causes, and provide actionable plans to improve operational efficiency, product development, and process optimization.
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities through Voice of Seller and data analysis, developing and implementing growth strategies.
- Implement account management best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) into the business development framework.
- Drive seller growth and success on Amazon through selection expansion, conversion enhancement, ad optimization, and feature adoption.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales or account management experience
- Knowledge of e-commerce and the book industry
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
