Business Development Account Manager for ESM T1

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Account Manager to join our team in Shenzhen. This is a unique opportunity to work with key accounts and develop strategies to maximize relationships.
Job Description- Monitor and maintain performance across multiple accounts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to drive revenue growth.
- Proactively address any issues that may impact revenue generation, working closely with clients to ensure seamless execution of objectives.
- Manage complex relationships with key accounts, developing tailored strategies to meet their needs and exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee effective communication, implementation, and execution of objectives.
- Experience building strategic relationships with stakeholders, including communicating and collaborating across teams and functions.
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to analyze data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
Note: Salary estimate based on industry standards for similar roles in Shenzhen.
