Job Overview
TÜV Rheinland seeks a skilled Key Account Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at assigned customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with key customers.
- Develop individual Key Account strategies, yearly action plans, and revenue targets in alignment with internal stakeholders.
- Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities for TR's services and products.
- Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with customers to understand their needs and link them to TR's product/service strategies.
- Initiate the development of new services/solutions for customer needs with TÜV Rheinland capabilities.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (B2 Upper intermediate), further language welcome but not required.
- User knowledge in MS Office.
- Hands-on mentality, strong consultative/solution selling and negotiation skills, and ability to prioritize.
- 5-10 years of professional experience in Key Account Management or related area.
