Business Development Manager, China ESM Team

**Key Responsibilities**
We are seeking a skilled Sales Growth Consultant to join our China team. As a key member of the ESM team, you will play a critical role in delivering business goals and maximizing revenue generation across Amazon's suite of products for merchants.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing a category development strategy by analyzing the competitive landscape and defining new products' value proposition.
- Identifying and supporting sellers of various types (SMEs to large retailers) to execute on aggressive growth plans.
- Reviewing and monitoring performance and sales of Amazon's partners in order to provide them with consulting advice to grow their business.
- Coordinating and leading projects with cross-function teams and delivering results with stakeholders.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years of professional or military experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
