Senior Account Manager, China Business

We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to join our Paid Services team in China. The ideal candidate will have experience in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities- Provide primary post-sales general and/or technical support to third-party sellers.
- Manage relationships with key accounts and develop strategies to maximize these relationships.
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining performance, and working with clients to improve performance.
- Proactive monitoring of accounts to identify and address any issues that may impact revenue generation.
As a thought leader in defining success criteria and understanding business needs of large Sellers, you will:
- Manage all aspects of the client relationship for the highest standard of seller experience.
- Become a thought leader in defining success criteria and understanding business needs of large Sellers in an ever-changing business environment.
- 3+ years of sales or account management experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to solve problems.
- Ability to prioritize work in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven, results-focused and strong business sense.
